Clients are required to honor all opt-out requests received via LeadOasis.ai without delay.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

LeadOasis.ai operates as a lead generation and distribution platform. Consumer data may be shared with one or more clients based on the consumer's expressed interest.

• Data is never resold outside the intended transaction scope
• All clients receiving leads are contractually obligated to handle data in compliance with applicable laws

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadOasis.ai, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Their outreach to consumers
